We did not want to add a generic chatbot to Servebor and simply call it AI-powered. We wanted to build something that actually understands the platform it lives in.

That is Lemma.

Lemma is built directly into the Servebor dashboard. It can help you understand your infrastructure, find things in your account, answer questions, and make everyday tasks easier through a simple conversation.

It is not just here to answer questions. It is here to help you use Servebor.

It Is Not Just a Chatbot. It Knows Your Servebor Context.

A normal chatbot can give you general information.

Lemma is built to understand your Servebor experience.

It can use your name and account identity to make conversations more personal, and with AI Account Search enabled, it can also look up information from your account such as your servers, invoices, and profile data.

AI Account Search is available from your settings.

When it is disabled, Lemma does not perform the account lookup needed for personalized infrastructure and billing questions. When you enable it, Lemma can use that information to give you answers based on your actual account.

You stay in control of when Lemma can access that information.

What Lemma Can Actually Do

Check your infrastructure in real time.

Ask, “What is expiring soon?” and Lemma can check your active servers, their current state, and identify services that are approaching expiry within the next 7 days.

You do not have to check each server one by one.

Understand your billing.

You can ask Lemma about your wallet balance, invoices, or transaction history and get a simple summary without having to search through your billing pages yourself.

Take you exactly where you need to go.

You do not always need to remember where something is inside the dashboard.

Ask, “Where is my Mumbai server?” and Lemma can provide the direct link to that specific service.

Ask for your last unpaid invoice, and Lemma can take you directly to it.

Instead of telling you which section to open, it can help you get to the exact place you were looking for.

Help you understand how to manage your server.

You do not need to already know everything about infrastructure to use Servebor.

You can ask Lemma how something works, what a server status means, or what you should do next.

Whether you are new to managing servers or simply do not want to figure everything out yourself, Lemma is there to explain things in a clear and practical way.

Answer technical and policy questions using Servebor's own information.

Lemma can search Servebor's technical documentation, FAQs, blogs, and published policies to answer questions using the information we have actually provided.

That includes things such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and refund policies.

The goal is to give you an answer based on Servebor's actual documentation rather than making a guess.

Show you what it is doing while it works.

When Lemma is searching your account or working on a request, it can show updates such as “Searching your account…” or “Analyzing infrastructure…”

We built this because an AI assistant should not leave you wondering whether it is still working.

You can see that Lemma is processing your request instead of simply staring at a loading screen.
