Introducing Servebor Status & Health Monitoring
By Team Servebor on September 18, 2026
When you depend on infrastructure, one of the most frustrating things during an issue is simply not knowing what’s going on.
Is the service actually down? Is there a planned maintenance? Is the issue already being worked on? Or is everything running normally and the problem happening somewhere else?
That’s why we built Servebor Status.
One place for the health of our services
Servebor Status is now the place where you can check the current health of our systems and services.
Instead of having to contact support just to find out whether there is a known issue, you can open the status page and immediately see what’s happening across services such as VPS Servers, Lemma AI, and Mpanel.
The goal is simple: give you useful information before you need to ask for it.
More than just an “Up” or “Down” indicator
Real systems aren't always simply online or offline.
Sometimes everything is working normally. Sometimes a particular component is experiencing degraded performance. Sometimes an incident affects only part of a service. And sometimes we're performing planned maintenance.
Servebor Status is designed around these real-world situations, so you can distinguish between different kinds of service conditions rather than seeing one generic error message.
You'll also be able to see ongoing incidents and maintenance activities, along with their updates and affected services.
What about past incidents?
An incident shouldn't disappear just because the service has recovered.
That's why Servebor Status also keeps a record of past incidents. This gives you more context about what happened and lets you look back at previous service events instead of having to rely on a support conversation or guesswork.
For us, this is also useful internally. A status history gives our engineering team another place to look when reviewing reliability and service behaviour over time.
Planned maintenance is different from an outage
Maintenance is a normal part of running infrastructure.
Whether we're upgrading infrastructure, performing system work, or making changes that require a service interruption, planned maintenance can now be communicated directly through the status page.
This means a maintenance event can be clearly identified instead of being confused with an unexpected incident.
What if the status page doesn't show my problem?
The status page is designed to show known and tracked service conditions, but it can't describe every possible problem a customer might experience.
If you're experiencing downtime or another issue and don't see a corresponding incident or service degradation on the status page, please contact us at care@servebor.com.
You can also create a ticket or case directly from your Servebor dashboard so it can reach the appropriate department with the relevant priority.
We'd rather know about an issue that isn't appearing on the status page than have you assume everything is fine because the page says it is.
Built as part of Servebor's infrastructure
Servebor Status is a small addition to the platform, but it's an important one.
As Servebor grows, there will be more services, more infrastructure, and inevitably more things that need maintenance and monitoring. Having a dedicated place for service health gives us a foundation we can continue building on.
For now, the objective is straightforward:
If something changes, you should have a place to check.
And if you can't find the answer there, you should have a clear way to reach us.
Servebor Status is live
You can now check the health of Servebor services anytime:
We'll continue improving it as our infrastructure and services evolve.
